YOU CAN GET a $0.50 cup of coffee at Costco.

Next door, at Starbucks, you’ll pay five times that much. But you never hear anyone walk into Starbucks and ask for a cheaper cup of coffee. That’s because both Starbucks and their customers consider coffee a “ritual comfort” with higher perceived value—not a commodity.

Some may argue that it tastes better too… But that’s really beside the point.

Overwhelmingly it’s about perceived value, comfort, and brand.

What can you do TODAY to bolster that same perceived value in your dental practice and services—thus helping remove price from the equation? How can you use the transparency of social media to engage with both current patients and prospects?
