What’s your biggest challenge regarding social media?

“The hardest part of social media marketing is knowing if a post is going to go over well. There are so many factors at play: Are the patients interested in this dental information? Are they feeling creative today for a caption contest? Are they too busy to check Facebook when we offer a special at a specific time of day? We’re always working on ways to fit social media in better, since there are always so many other things to think about regarding the patient’s experience.”

What tools from My Social Practice are handiest to you?

“The daily kickstarts are great. None of us have time to come up with the content or photos to post something interesting daily.”

What feedback do you get from patients about your social media?

“Patients mention the photos most of all when they’re in the office. They seem to really enjoy the ones showing the doctor being silly. ;)”
