What has been the biggest surprise of social media marketing so far?
“The amount of patient interaction we get on our posts! I’ve been doing social media for our practice since 2010 and the ease of using My Social Practice’s post ideas has taken such a level of stress off of me and allowed me to focus on helping our practice flourish.”
How do you feel your practice benefits from your social media efforts?
“Our patients see not only how much we care about their oral health, but also that we like to have fun, just like them! We’re able to get our message out there in a fun, informative way that engages our patients and helps us learn more about them.”
What do you do IN YOUR PRACTICE to grow your online presence?
“Our team is AWESOME when it comes to being involved with our social media efforts! They are always willing to do whatever crazy idea My Social Practice sends us. It helps break up our weekly meetings! They also do a great job sharing our posts on their own accounts to help them reach more potential and existing patients.”
What advice would you give to a practice just starting out on social media?
“Embrace it! Social media is a great way to show your practice values and mission and let people see the different sides of your team members. Our patients love how involved we are with them on Facebook. Get your team on board with not only creating posts, but commenting on them and sharing them on their own accounts… they want you to succeed and will do what they can to help!”
