What has been the biggest surprise of social media marketing for you?
“I certainly wasn’t expecting how many of my non-patient acquaintances would be commenting on our posts. And a number of them have chosen to become patients as a result!”
Which social media tools have you seen the most success with?
“Hands-down, our videos. Within days of posting our Toothbrushing Lesson video it had received over 1000 views! We also get quick recognition when we post pictures of our patients holding up your clever signs, like ‘We love our patients SNOW much!’”
What are the biggest benefits you’ve seen for your practice and patients?
“My staff look forward to each campaign and spontaneously ask us about what we’re doing next. I was afraid they were going to dread them. Also, I hear remarks from patients every day about what a fun place it must be to work here. It has increased their level of ownership that I am ‘their dentist.’”
