Dr. London from Bright Inspired Dentistry located in Concord NC, signed up for our dental social media service on April 28th 2015. We can’t believe it’s been 7 years since we started working with them.

You Gotta Start Somewhere

It was a humble beginning for Tracy and the team. Here is her first video, posted a few days after attending our digital dental marketing conference.

They began by focusing on what made their practice unique. They decided to use social media to show that patients could always feel comfortable around them.

You can see from her personality that Tracy was a born comic. Creating funny dental videos became a weekly event that Tracy cleverly tagged as #MondayBites.

It Wasn’t Long Before They Went Big!

Tracy and her team stayed consistent with their strategy, posting a new video at least once a week. One of the keys to an effective social media presence is consistency.

Marketing expert Neil Patel says “If you make a habit of posting several times a day and then transition to only a few times a week, you will start to lose followers and generate less engagement per post. This means that the best posting frequency for Instagram is the posting frequency that you can consistently maintain for the rest of your natural life.”

Facebook and Instagram favor accounts that consistently post. The more you post, the more your content will be pushed to the top of your follower’s feeds.

The more they posted, the more engagement they received and the more views they had! This post went VIRAL with over 43 MILLION VIEWS!
