A My Social Practice Social Media Client For 7 Years
Dr. London from Bright Inspired Dentistry located in Concord NC, signed up for our dental social media service. We can’t believe it’s been 7 years since we started working with them.
Bright Inspired Dentistry has been one of our most successful clients. They’ve not only used all of the ideas we give them but they’ve gone the extra mile by attending our Dental Digital Marketing Conference (DDMC) multiple times.
We’d like to take credit for all of their success, but we can’t. We have to give most of the credit to Tracy Driver, the office’s Insurance Coordinator, and her MondayBites.
After attending their first DDMC, Tracy started posting videos each week to their Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.
After attending our Dental Digital Marketing Conference, Dr. Patricia London and sister Tracy were inspired to post daily lip sync videos to social media. 39 million views later, they landed a spot on the Steve Harvey show! Watch their interview:
How is your practice doing with social media marketing?
See how well you’re doing and receive specific training and suggestions on how to improve.
You Gotta Start Somewhere
It was a humble beginning for Tracy and the team. Here is her first video, posted a few days after attending our digital dental marketing conference.
They began by focusing on what made their practice unique. They decided to use social media to show that patients could always feel comfortable around them.
You can see from her personality that Tracy was a born comic. Creating funny dental videos became a weekly event that Tracy cleverly tagged as #MondayBites.
It Wasn’t Long Before They Went Big!
Tracy and her team stayed consistent with their strategy, posting a new video at least once a week. One of the keys to an effective social media presence is consistency.
Marketing expert Neil Patel says “If you make a habit of posting several times a day and then transition to only a few times a week, you will start to lose followers and generate less engagement per post. This means that the best posting frequency for Instagram is the posting frequency that you can consistently maintain for the rest of your natural life.”
Facebook and Instagram favor accounts that consistently post. The more you post, the more your content will be pushed to the top of your follower’s feeds.
The more they posted, the more engagement they received and the more views they had! This post went VIRAL with over 43 MILLION VIEWS!
Understanding Your “Why”
You may be watching these videos and saying to yourself, “We aren’t that kind of practice. I could never see myself or anyone on my team doing something like this!” THAT’S OK! YOU DON’T HAVE TO. Determine the “why” of your social media strategy and show what makes YOU unique. Watch an interview we had with Tracy about their ”why”.
“I think that you try to take your social media and show what is different about your practice than anybody else’s practice.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How does social media help a dental practice attract new patients?
Social media builds trust and visibility in your local community. By sharing behind-the-scenes content, patient spotlights, team fun, and educational posts, your practice becomes more relatable—making people more likely to choose you when they need a dentist.
What kind of content performs best for dental social media?
Authentic, engaging content wins every time. Posts that feature real patients, team celebrations, and community involvement get the most likes, shares, and comments. Bright Inspired Dentistry used this strategy and saw major boosts in engagement and visibility.
Can social media marketing actually bring in new dental patients?
Yes! While it builds brand awareness over time, many practices also see direct results from shares, DMs, and patient referrals. For Bright Inspired Dentistry, social media led to increased local reach and patient inquiries, especially from younger, tech-savvy demographics.
What platforms should a dental practice focus on for social media?
Most practices see great results from Facebook and Instagram. TikTok is growing in popularity, especially with younger audiences. We help each practice identify the right mix based on their goals, location, and comfort level with content creation.
