What’s been the biggest surprise of social media marketing so far?

“I don’t think that we were expecting to get so many Facebook page Likes. We are working towards 6,000!”

What has been the No. 1 benefit of social media marketing thus far for your practice?

“Receiving new patients. It’s always awesome hearing that they look at our Facebook page prior to coming in and mention how much fun it looks like our office has!”

What advice would you give to a practice just starting out on social media?

“Focus on getting page Likes on Facebook, check-ins, and reviews. We take goofy photos with patients and other staff members! The Social Signs help with that.”
