WHEN YOU CELEBRATE your team members’ personal victories, it means you care about people. Caring about people means you care about your patients. They will feel that when it’s an integrated part of your practice culture.
Make A List And Publish To Your Facebook Wall!
Take a simple calendar (or do it on your computer, or however is most convenient for you) and write down all of your team members’ important dates including birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Also, ask team members what upcoming, exciting things they are doing! Is somebody preparing to run a marathon? Is somebody’s son or daughter about to graduate from college? You get the idea. By taking added interest in team members—and then using your social media voice to publish that interest and spread the stories—you greatly enhance your practice culture.
