EARLIER THIS WEEK during our morning team meetings, we started listing the many reasons we appreciate you, our valued clients and friends.
Then we chose three of our favorites:
1. You’re passionate.
You wouldn’t be our client if you weren’t passionate about your patients and about dentistry. You understand the value of storytelling, reaching out, being accessible, sharing, friendship, discovery, humility and service. We feel your passion each time we interact with you and it motivates us to do our very best work on your behalf.
2. You’re trusting.
You not only trust us, but you also trust your instincts. Social media marketing in a dental practice takes patience and persistence. The rewards are often not easily apparent. Yet your gut tells you it’s the right thing to do. Your sensibilities reinforce the notion that strengthened relationships with patients and prospective patients makes a difference, grows your practice, enhances your careers, and changes the world in small ways. We admire that—especially when it takes such a leap of faith.
3. You’re kind and appreciative.
SO MANY times each day—over the phone, on our blog, and in email communications—you express your gratitude. It means a ton to us. When you share those Aha! moments with us it makes our team smile. It puts a spring in our step. It stirs passion in our hearts to make our product and service the best it can be. Thank you. And thank you again for inspiring us to be our best.
