What’s one thing you didn’t expect about social media marketing?
“Patients really LOVE to interact and be social about their experiences at [our] office, and by doing that they feel much more comfortable with coming to visit us.”
Which social media tools have you seen the most success with?
“Campaigns seem to get our patients the most involved, [especially the breast cancer awareness] one we participated in last month. Our patients really enjoyed the interaction and of course we were able to help a wonderful cause.”
What do you feel is the No. 1 benefit of social media marketing for your patients?
“Just the ability to connect on a personal level and let them know we are real people that have fun and enjoy helping people!”
How about the biggest benefit to you your practice?
“Well, I would have to say that gaining new patients from our social media efforts is the biggest ROI benefit to date!”

What advice would you give to a practice just starting with social media marketing?
“Patients don’t mind posting on Facebook or [taking photos with Social Signs]. It’s okay to tell them you are building your social media pages. Most of our patients are thrilled to help.”
