What’s been the biggest surprise of social media marketing so far?
“We have been surprised at the amount of patients and non-patients that have Liked and commented on our posts. We have tried all sorts of advertising and nothing has worked like social media has. We have seen an increase of 20% in new patients since we started using social media with My Social Practice.”

“We have seen the majority of success with MSP Reviews! It could be an awkward conversation to have with patients when we ask for reviews, but the process that we have seen with the text message has worked extremely well and it’s efficient and easy!”
How has social media marketing benefited your practice and patients?
“Patients love access to information and being able to contact us even after hours, even just to ask a simple question. Everyone in our office now understands that we can use social media to grow our practice, and we have seen growth even in the short amount of time we have used it.”

“They love the Social Signs and our videos! We also post some things that don’t have to do with dentistry, but we just explain that we like to have fun and make people smile!”

“We ask for reviews, take Social Sign photos with patients, and share our team building activities!”
