What’s been the biggest surprise of social media marketing so far?
“The photos of our staff get the most attention over anything. When patients participate in our social media, it gets us new patients.”
Which social media tools have you seen the most success with?
“Patients think the campaigns are fun. The ‘Floss Like a Boss’ campaign was our biggest hit. Also, our patients benefit from all the dental information on our blog and social media pages.”

What challenges have you faced in your social media marketing efforts?
“Getting patients to post something and finding the three hours a week to work on social media. We try to make it easier to participate by sharing our own group photos.”
What advice would you give to a practice just starting out on social media?
“Be patient. Also, sharing photos of team members is a great way to begin.”
