And although we do a lot of the heavy lifting for your practice, it’s absolutely critical that you are familiar enough with them to be comfortable using them.
Many of our Tool Training posts are specific to one tool. Many of them include easy-to-understand graphics and/or video content. Many of them also include case studies—examples of how other practices are implementing strategies effectively.
Sometimes a Tool Training topic will include tactical suggestions, but the content is primarily strategic and/or instructional. Learning and implementing smart strategies takes place quickly in your practice because your eight integrated foundational components are already in place, namely:
