What’s been the biggest surprise of social media marketing so far?

“The amount of people who love it! Social media leads to better relationships with our patients, and then they send us their friends.

Among the various social media tactics you’ve tried, what has worked best?

“Patients really enjoy funny videos and our campaigns! We also make sure to mention our Facebook page to each of our patients when they visit.”

What has been the biggest benefit of social media marketing for your practice?

It’s fun for staff and patients. More people see our practice culture and want to come visit!”

What advice would you give on overcoming the challenges of social media marketing?

“Talking with patients about posting a photo or reviewing us can be tough, but the important part is just to get involved and do it. Use campaigns, make silly videos, or try doing a giveaway every month! All in all, our social media efforts don’t take more than three to five hours a week.”
